I'm still following through on my situps, pushups and squats although the upper body strength is really horrible. Last night I did Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred Challenge and literally thought I might get sick. Apparently it sure stirred up some toxins that have to go. No weight loss, but I'll be happy if I start to feel better in a couple of days.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 149.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
