Splurged a little carbwise on Saturday night out on a date with my wife. Had a beer and a glass of wine. Other than that I stuck to the program very well. Still kept under 80 carbs for the day, I believe.

Preping for vacation at the inlaws. Making some savory MIM's in anticipation of having a burger or two over the weekend. Need to go to Sam's Culb to get some Atkins bars to have on hand.
291.8 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to plan! Do you have a favorite Atkins Bar? Muscle cramps... some better... thanks for asking.. I still feel like they are lurking...but I can usually move quickly enough to prevent them from going to a full out cramp. I have been taking the calcium..when I remember. I need to set an alarm on my phone to remind me. (shakes head) I have to do that to remind me to take my blood pressure med. I also had a powerade zero...we shall see. :) Thanks again for asking. Hope you have a smashin' fun holiday weekend.
