went crazy yesterday with anniversary food. la madeliene for breakfast, had egg white spinach mushroom omelet, croissants and some bites of carls egg hollaindaise. hot dog for lunch at home, chi for edemame, agedashi tofu, bacon wrapped skewers, 2002 roll and took bites of carls land/sea platter. 1 glass of wine and 2 appletinis. so full i threw up everywhere. hadnt ppoped in a while so took a laxative. woke up at 425 and sleeping/pooping off/on til 9am. staying on par today. tonya is only 2 pounds away!
