I've gotten under my calories most days but I ate way to many sweets this week and the unscheduledness of weekends screws me up too.
I have to figure out some low impact excercise that doesnt mess with my legs. There is something seriously wrong with them and high impact stuff like running and Zumba and I <3 Zumba too :'( makes me swell and hurt like hell. Swimming didnt seem to affect them so I'll have to do that more.
