昨天拜拜吃了水蜜桃/蓮霧
一顆巧克力😊
這幾天如願做了很多麵包
無麩質無麵粉低糖
終於做出吐司口感了😆
洋車前子太強了👍👍
今天要來處理馬斯卡澎還有鮮奶油
做成布蕾或是提拉米蘇
146.2 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
