The divorce is over. I have gained 9 lbs in 4 weeks, and have not been excercising daily as I was while maintaining my weight in the 170 - 173 range. I have also been eating lunch out daily. This is a recipe for putting on the pounds as I am currently doing. It is definitly time to pick it back up and follow all of the great living ideas I learned while at JC and drop this weight and feel good again. REMEMBER THAT NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SKINNY FEELS!!!
