Well clearly my heavy drinking and chips didn't quite cut it. I didn't really think anything of it, but I didn't exercise as much as I did the last times. More exercise this week, and NO DRINKING W/ MIDNIGHT SNACKS!
144.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

U R doing great! I need that motivation to do EFS again--it really works when you follow it! Great job going thru it again -- it's weird how your body feels like crap when you put crap in it now, before our systems were used to all the junk. Keep it up!
