Actually lost a bit of weight on cruise. Weird. Good food, ate a lot, but didn't go crazy. Very active. Do I count playing ping pong for over 100 minutes at a stretch as a workout?

Workouts #8 and 9 of 2019 on Th 1-17.
Workout #10 on Sat 1-19.
Workout #11 of 2019 today, with extra special guest, free first time.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
