I made it through the holiday weekend without straying too much and am relieved that I managed to maintain my one lb loss. Most importantly, I'm making healthier choices and am feeling better already.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
