well I did not ear a great dinner last night so I'm sure today's weigh in is a reflection of that. but positive note this is a lifestyle so the occasional unhealthy meal won't undo me completely. started today off with a great workout and a plan to run a 5k with a friend in a couple months 💪💪💪💪
