think i'm skipping the big T today
114.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1497 kcal Fat: 84.74g | Prot: 109.10g | Carb: 124.57g.   Breakfast: HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE SHAKE. Lunch: olive oil bertolli, canola mayo, egg, Peaches, flax oil, pb2, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas, blueberries. Dinner: mushrooms, so delicious coconut milk, boca flame grilled, Walnuts, Bran Cereal. Snacks/Other: Mini Babybel Light Original, PEANUT BUTTER BAR. more...
