Even though I overdid it with the calories and margaritas, somehow I went down again. My energy level is low and I haven't slept well the last three nights. Fighting with Sandy hasn't helped.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 149.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
