Go to google and type in low carb recipes. There are many new recipes on there. That is what keeps me going. I also go to netrition.com to find all kinds of low carb foods to purchase. They have low carb marshmellows, almond flour, etc. The idea is to jumpstart your body. Eat something small within 1 to 2 hours after awakening in the morning. I usually will eat something like one ounce of peanuts or low carb yogart that they have at Krogers, then for lunch time, around 11 o'clock eat eggs and bacon, snack again at 1 or 2, maybe some cheese, then eat supper around 5,and snack again around 8pm. It is hard to eliminate bread and pasta totally. But Krogers here where I live carries the Dreamfields, low carb pasta, thank God. I will measure out what it is I can eat and then only eat half. The fettucine sauce, or white sauce in the spaghetti sauce isle is low carb, put that on some pasta, add chicken. I made low carb stuffed cabbage and substituted the rice with ground up cauliflower. You can buy the filo dough in the freezer section and make little cups in a muffin tin and fill them with sugar free jello. Sugar free jello topped with whipped cream for a snack. Believe me I have researched many different websites to find a large variety of meals. Egg salad is great on a low carb wrap with cheese and lettuce. Celery and peanut butter, celery and cream cheese. Fish dipped in egg and rolled in dill and stinky cheese and baked, one of my favorites. Good luck.
