Don’t know why the upward numbers? Have been good 😢
144.4 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you recently started weights at the gym? when I did my weight went up 2kg (water weight according to google) but a few weeks later it went away extra fast.

I agree with MissKeyes I also put on at least 1kg when I first started gym.

No Gym lots of horse riding in the heat . Should of sweated the weight off 😢
