how do you count when you've been invited to someone's house for dinner? estimate calories and watch portions? I feel like it is impossible to be exact at someone else's house

Just do your best. Usually the hostess/host is more than happy to share the ingredients. We had dinner with friends last night and I was able to record my meal. Even the calorie count on this program is not always correct and I will adjust accordingly. 🌞

I just do my best to make the healthiest choice available and then use my best guess for recording purposes. Sometimes I'll guess high, sometimes low. The point is just to keep up the habit of recording what I eat so I don't have to try to remember. I'm not going to stress about the numbers not being 100% accurate ALL the time.
