I have had some family problems and lots of medical tests which I was worried about and did not do as well as I should have. I don't eat much but don't exercise as well as I should. I am planning a trip to Alaska in the fall with my husband and a trip to Cuba with my girl friend early december so this is an incentive to really lose weight the healthy way.
