My ‘zonal dieting’ is sooo slow (1 naughty day, followed by 3 good day), May try ditching the naughty but Hey !!!!! Still Winning 😉😃
187.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
