Another good drop for one day! A little over 7 lbs since January 2. IF 2 days this week. Maybe I'll be under 200 by the end of the month! #GOALS
203.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
