ciao, ho letto il tuo profilo. Non so assumi così poche proteine volutamente ma se volessi integrare un po' la tua quota proteica... mi sento di suggerirti lupini, fave e funghi. Sono ricchissimi di proteine come l'arcinota soia ... ma comunque vegan ;)
