I'm still at 139lb. I hope this week, I'll lose some weight at least 3 pounds!! I have my periods so it might be the reason. I'll see at the end of the week.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
