今天好累不出門了
中餐隨便吃,晚餐不太餓
只吃了一小塊雞塊
就喝熱茶到隔天👍棒
146.2 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
