No change this week although did have a full go up and go back down journey. Had to adjust my macros a bit as was eating too much fat. Dealt with now though :) Plus a visit from scarlet and I suppose I should be grateful its all stayed as is. Not sure about coconut flour .... is it ok on the keto diet? I wasn't sure if it was part of the problem. Has anyone found its not good on keto?
