My official weight this morning is 115.7kg./

Very very happy with my progress. Didnt expect to drop into the 115's today as I was actually expecting to be in the lower 116's :)

255.1 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.1 lb a week
