Didn't sleep AT ALL. Read kindle books all night. Think I might be retaining water but urge for a bm. Haven't had one since lax Sunday. No real bm
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
