225 lbs, back again after hiding out for a while. I was up to 230 lbs right after Christmas. Thank you Brenda for encouragement to get back to business here! I've started logging food again. Things I need to do: Plan my food according to my calorie and nutrient targets, log it in without exception, stick to the plan. Now to just do it.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So happy to see you!!! Welcome home!!! Pre-plan your whole day ... not just food. Writedown things you know you will accomplish so you can check them off as you do them. It's a way to feel no guilt and to have a winning day.
