No workout and bad eating (for a week) ends up like that
116.4 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1695 kcal Fat: 46.61g | Prot: 70.77g | Carb: 253.97g.   Breakfast: Papier Ryżowy, Twaróg, Jajko Gotowane, Masło Orzechowe. Lunch: Bagietka, Makaron Jajeczny (Wzbogacony, Gotowany), Świeży Makaron (Ugotowany), Paluszki Rybne, Zielona Fasolka Szparagowa. Dinner: Masło, Pieczywo Pełnoziarniste, Wędzony Łosoś. Snacks/Other: Czekolada, Kellogg's Spécial K Chocolat Noir, Kefir, Mandarynka, Jabłko. more...

Totally agreed, but doesn't matter, we start over with good habits💪🥗
