Had a pretty bad cheat day on Sunday! Still feeling it 😣 had an intense workout last night that motivated me to keep going to the gym this week 💪🏾
197.4 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
