I've been sick for the past 2 weeks. I did make a pot of chicken soup which was pretty healthy and tasty. Starting to feel better and will start tracking my food and hopefully a workout program.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week
