Losing a lot of water weight. I do a 3km run before my workout and jump rope 10 times for 1 minute after my workout. Total calories from my meals are always below 2000. I burn about 800 calories each training session.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
