Here we are. Still in maintenance. So boring 😄👌🏻 so how does it look all the way down the line. Aside from a couple stress kilo swings ups and downs which are mostly circumstantial, my weight has maintained around 70kg quite easily since starting this journey in 2011.
And a few mindset points have always served me well when it comes to how I eat and are also based around my doctors/eating therapist advice.

* pleasure first. Never eat something you don’t love
* proteins keep you full for longer so make sure to get enough for supporting your goals
* gin tonic with a slice of cheese is a perfectly valid dessert choice 😉
* stress about what you eat will kill you far faster than what you actually eat, so chill the eff out.
* all or nothing thinking is a one way ticket to a lifelong yoyohell

Oh. And diets don’t work. Eat above your BMR always, and otherwise balance it with your activities however it happens to suit your goals.
