I felt so good when I woke up today, but was disappointed to see 118 on the scale again. I didn't get to excercise today, but I did a pretty good job on my diet. I still feel better than I've felt in a month.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
