Well I have not really had any exercise since last Thursday. Having the flu is a bummer no going out to my exercise places because I don't want to share my germs. So all I'm doing is eating and resting with some extra sleep tossed in there. Hope I get well soon by taking it easy.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
