it's been two weeks since my last weigh-in. it took me a while to reset, so i will take it! i'm hoping some changes i made will continue; i've plateaued for the past month because of overindulging. but friends continued to notice my progress so it helped with morale.

i start classes again this week 😫 this semester includes my first exit exam so i am sure i'm in for some more issues! but i'm gonna try my best to stay on track.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
