1st Oct went to the gym, did 15min on the exercycle, 30min on the modified row machine and 40min of weights, followed by 45min of stretching. Weight lost since starting diet on 23rd August is 10.6kg. I just joined on the fatsecret on the 29th so I definitely haven't lost 7kgs in a week.
