Finally lost a kilo! Hard work but got there.
I have included a little bit more food in my diet as my trainer advised me and it worked!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

792 kcal Fat: 35.31g | Prot: 59.33g | Carb: 60.40g.   Breakfast: Tesco Scottish Smoked Salmon, Egg White Omelet. Lunch: Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tesco Cheddar Medium, Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire Pudding (25g), Cooked Green Cabbage, Sprouts, Roast Beef, Roast Beef, Roast Beef. Dinner: Sliced Ham, Marks & Spencer Irish Brown Soda Bread. more...

Your trainer sounds great! I'm glad that there are people out there who understand that starving yourself is not the right way to go long term and not necessary to loose weight and sometimes eating more calories is better for your progress, ad many people struggle to understand it! I saw someone on here was told by her trainer to only eat 800 kcal per day!! And she was I think like 17-18 stone, which is pure madness to go so low when you weigh that much and surely would be harmful to her health! Great job and keep going! You will smash it!!
