I have lost 11 lbs. this month. Most was water loss due to starting new blood pressure medication with added water pill. But i can feel the difference already and is feeling good about dieting.
485.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
