tummy bug still taking its toll :-(

138.5 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb. Still to go: 1.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 7.7 lb a week

Day 3. I don't feel so flat today. Luckily it's not one that's given me bad tummy cramps or a sore exit ;-) hehehe
