Walking a lot after work and doing the treadmill for over a mile all week has really helped me out a lot!! Also having to answer to my Calorie Counter. :)
213.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
