Well, still hovering right here at 140-141. Fasted for 24 hours. Will continue on until dinner.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yea! I am glad you reminded me. I have been sipping coffee but no water yet today. I will keep a glass of water with me the rest of the day and drink lots of water. Thank you!🌺

One glass of water down. I usually am a big water drinker. Sometimes when its cold I will drink to much coffee and forget to drink pure water.

@Keyton I do like the accountability and I truely had just forgotten water. Without your reminder I probably would not have drank water all day. As it is very cold and rainy today. Thank you again!🌺

Chicken breast with Masala spice in the oven. I am not real familiar cooking with it but I love the taste in a sauce. I am trying it straight on the meat. Hopfully it works well. Breaking fast. Waited a little to long feeling jittery and jumpy. 24 hours should be the maximum I allow myself, and is long enough for me to fast every once in a while.🌺
