I started with a weight of 246 pounds. I began the hcg drops on the 12th of this month and so far I have lost 15 pounds. I am due to stop the drops in the coming week and move on to the next phase. I cheated a bit, so I think I did not have optimal weight loss. I am hoping to find some thing a bit less restrictive that I can use to lose weight.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I've found ways to make the HCG work for me, and I've had a loss of 50 lbs this year. There are different ways that work besides doing 500 calories per day.

Please if you know of ways to make the 500 calories more enjoyable and easier to manage, I would love to hear about them.
