睡飽養精神會瘦喔!😊
真的不能熬夜,最近太常熬夜了
一早8點起床工作
其實6點多我就快暈了
但洗完澡又有精神了😆
今天沒吃夜市也沒外出
在家看電影喝咖啡
我的巴拿馬神曲來了
濃濃的牛奶巧克力香。。。😍
144.8 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
