Another pound lost this week. Its not much but in the right direction. Hoping to do a bit better this week as the Christmas Jack Daniels is now gone and only 4 mince pies left and a few after 8 mint thins !!

Yes it is better to loose it steady I have read and I usually do 1 or 2 pounds per week. Maybe 3 odd time. Really pleased how it's going :)
