oh my...well here is 2 months of doing what i wanted...oops. oh well, i'm not worried. my clothes are still fitting ok, but i want to just get my eating back on track. got my grocery shopping done so that i can do a strict phase one week...then i'll see where i sit. Normally i do a half arsed attempt for a week, mostly just to get back on track, but i think this time i'll do the full 2 weeks. no point going through all that hassle to drop that 20 pounds or so, just to gain it back. this time i'm gonna stick with it hardcore tho, so i'll likely be complaining a lot - again :) haha
133.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
