補補好碳水😊舒服的口感
晚上吃幾顆地瓜球
今天體重微上升0.3😆
今天繼續努力💪
145.7 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
