No working out last 3-4 weeks just focusing on what I’m putting into my body. Noticed I feel a little “soft” but know once I start working out again that will get better. 👌
160.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
