🎉🎉開心3天內降了1.6公斤
真的恢復低碳飲食比較安心
只要不吃麵粉製品就不發胖
昨天我也有吃少量紫米飯
還有一份水果。肉炒蔥爆醬
固定每天早上量體重,
晚上量太胖了😆
145.1 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week

不吃發炎食物 身體代謝自然就正常了 但就很容易嘴饞😝
