Hey, don't be sad...look at my weight history. I actually started this journey at over 360 pounds and it was just so slow but this last few months I finally found some things that helped me (right on this site!) and now I'm losing pretty fast. I still have my ups and downs...I might only lose 1 pound this week but last week I lost 4 so...it evens out. Don't be sad, just know that tomorrow is another day and that we are all here for you!!
