Lost 3# for the week. Yea! Belly muscles very, very sore. Love all the PX90 workouts. Hard but xstretch and yoga have given me a break. I'm very anxious to get to below 145 so its tempting to cut calories way back but I'm focusing on a lifetime way of eating and working out...doing things the way that I know I can live long term. Planning a new hair style and color and a few outfits right before Thanksgiving as a reward going into Christmas.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

P90x was the best thing I ever did for yself. Stick with it...the first 3 weeks are the toughest. Hope you are doing the Classic...it really sets you up well for phase 2. I finished September 13 now i'm trying my hand at insanity...finished day 13 today. I haven't felt this strong in ages. Don't give up...the best results come in month 3.
