I have been in a herbalife challenge for the last two weeks. I am been drinking a shake for breakfast and lunch and theb eating a healthy dinner. This is working for me so far.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
