When I go to work, in my business casual clothes, I remember wearing more business dress clothes. I still could, except they don't feel right on my body anymore.
When I see someone slender in an outfit I like, I think "someday, I'll fit something like that."
I wear shorts at home, but I'm not willing to wear them outside.
I take Gracie for a walk, but I can't run beside her. I'm out of breath long - LONG - before she's winded at all. Running up and down the stairs as I clean takes my breath.
I want to open a closet with lovely clothes that *fit*. I want to wear dress clothes to work when I want to. I want to dress and not feel like a frump. I want to run with Gracie, and not feel like I'm going to pass out.
I'm going to have these things. I'm determined. I'm dedicated. I WILL lose the weight I want to lose, and build the muscle I want to have.
